That time of the year has come again

artabriaWe leave for the hamlet every summer. Pros: Less heat, less cars. Cons: Practically no internet access except my mobile for around three months. I say practically because I will just be 30-40 minutes away by car, but I'm going to miss a big screen to check things.
To be honest, I don't really mind. I have plans with a friend to meet up to do some trekking (or is the correct term hiking if it only lasts one day? Damn it, English), which reminds me that I should go buy some new boots and adapt my feet to them before we start.
Besides all my summer reading, I plan on advancing on my cross stitch and bobbin lace projects. Plus, write some fandom related things, like the fic for the rarepair exchange.
Summer seems to have finally arrived to Galicia, so I may get to do some sunbathing. Maybe. This could last two days, for all I know.
