Mojang, fix the thing

artabriaSo I play Minecraft with other people, and we have been getting a lot of errors in the server over the last week. So far we've been able to fix all of them except one that we couldn't figure out.
Now, maybe, just maybe, we haven't figured it out yet. OR we may have finally figured out and half of our problems may have been Mojang's fault all along and there's a bug in servers that updated from 1.16.5 to 1.17.
I'm going to be very annoyed if we have to delete the current world because of this.
