The reclassing and promoting has begun

Playing Fire Emblem while watching Criminal Minds is starting to become a habit of mine (problem: I'm running out of episodes. I'll need to find something else soon, XD), it seems. Anyway, I'm on Chapter 11 of Fire Emblem: Awakening!

Promoting in this game is far more complicated than it was in Echoes. I may or may not have looked up a guide to see how it works. In Awakening promoting is not as easy as going to one of Mila's statues, here you have master seals (to promote) and second seals (to change classes). So far, Chrom is now Great Lord and my avatar is a Grandmaster.

And then reclass to get some nice new shiny abilities. And then do the whole thing again and go back to the original classes. And then-

Look, I'm going to be picking a lot of fights I probably don't need to and maxing support, because I want to see how many One Person Armies I can make. I have plans.

Also, let's talk Donnel. He started to one hit some enemies by the time I had dinner, but damn he's still squishy.

Now, as fan as managing things in Awakening is, I miss two things from Echoes:

1) The ability to use a weapon as many times as I want. I have, in two different occasions, sent a unit without any weapons because I forgot about this mechanic.

2) Give me back my time travel, you cowards.

PS: I had to look it up because it was bothering me. Apparently the Falchion in Awakening is not the same Falchion as in Echoes. Someone explain this to me, because the wiki didn't help, T_T

The Falchion in Awakening is Marth's Falchion (though the blade is mounted in a different, reforged hilt -- the fittings aren't indestructible, just the blade is).

Marth's and Alm's were both created by Naga from one of her fangs, but they're two different blades made for two different purposes -- Alm's is probably still over in Valm somewhere ~

(please tell me you have Chrom s-ranked with who you want already D:)

Chrom has his S-rank (I looked up how ranks worked, because S-rank didn't exist in Echoes), don't worry, :D

Most of my units already have their S-rank support, actually. I have been using the teaming up function in a "now kiss" fashion, XD

Best conversations so far: Tharja/Libra (I LOVE Tharja) and Miriel/Kellam. Those four, I swear. Also, Gaius and his obsession with sweets is beautiful.

I had to check, that cutoff for Chrom still gets people ~ X3

One of my favorite support sets in the game is Lon'qu and Cherche; it's definitely worth it to look up, even if you don't go for it *hee*

There are so many possible S-support conversations, that I'm pretty sure I'll end up replaying this game with different combinations, XD

One question, I'm not messing up by raising support with other units, right?. Like, I have units that already have their S-support, but the game is still allowing me to raise support with others. o.o?

And nah, you can't break anything by still getting other supports -- you can still get all the supports you like (that are available for that character), they'll just all be capped at A-rank. Awakening likes people to talk with each other ~
