artabriaYesterday I was writing until late, trying to finish a oneshot. Pros: I now have an Emsider oneshot. Cons: I'm now stressing over posting it.
I also have to figure out a summary and if I should tag is as "Dark". I have been calling it "Diet Dark", because I have read darker fics, but maybe I should tag it as "Dark" just in case?
But, yes, 3800 words of what's probably just part one, because there's so much more that I can write about that 'verse. I'm just not sure if I should write it in differente chapters or make it a series. Probably as a series, because there's a part that would look great in drabble form.
Also, oh, drabbles. I tend to write short pieces, and it keeps showing up whenever I write long pieces, because I always write this short scenes that I struggle to fill with more than short dialogue and descriptions.
And of course, now there's the whole publishin the fic thing. The tend to like the things I write... until I reread them, and then I start to find mistakes and bad prose everywhere and stress over posting the fic. Don't get me wrong, I'm going to post it because otherwise this fic won't see the light of the day until next year, but I'm going to still be screaming an hour after posting.
And I'm still unsure about that Corroded Man reference. How many people read that book?
