Trip to the past: Fushigi Yugi edition
Jul. 16th, 2021 12:09 am I'm currently re-reading the Fushigi Yugi manga, and I'm thinking on grabbing the spin-off series. The only problem is that no one in Spain is currently publishing any of them, so I would have to buy an English edition. The publisher is Viz, so now I'm considering if I should get the physical copies from them.
Mostly, I'm worried that the volumes are going to break after some readings. The WITCH comics I have from Yen Press have some nice paper and the spines can bend, but I also tend to avoid buying paperback copies of books because all the spines of the English editions start to get cracks pretty easily.
Back to "I'm re-reading Fushigi Yugi", I'm living the same situation as watching the new Shaman King series: Things are happening faster than I remember them. Things include Miaka falling in love with Tamahome pretty fast, because I forgot that these two expend far too many episodes going "I love you, but we can't".
