Re-reading series: A list

artabriaI'm currently in the middle of re-reading The Wicked King, and some things regarding Madoc treatment of Jude just clicked. Probably bit of a spoiler, so it'll be under a cut just in case.
Okay, so at some point in the book is mentioned that a witch gave a prophecy to Eva's mother, that one of her children would become a powerful weapon. Two things:
1) I headcanon now that one of the reasons why Eva left Madoc was this prohpecy. Her husband is a general that loves war/fighting + there's now a prophecy that says that the daughter you just had may become a weapon = get out of Faerie and away from the husband that may potentially use your daughter for his own gain.
2) Second headcanon: Madoc going "OH FUCK" when he realize that the prophecy was about Jude, but instead of using her, he actually tried to keep away from fighting AKA the reason why he didn't want her to become a knight.
Also, I need to make time to re-read Tithe, but I think that witch mentioned in The Wicked King also appears in Tithe. (And given that all of Holly Black's fae books take place in the same universe, I probably remember correctly).

More re-readings that I want to do:
- Kristin Cashore has also published a new book in the Graceling series, and it has been long enough that I'll also need to read again the original trilogy to remember who each character was.
- Kristen Britain released Winterlight back in September, and I'm torn between directly reading the new book or doing a re-read of the other books first. It has been a while since I read the first ones, but we're talking about 6 books (7 if you count the short stories one) and I really want to read the new one.
