Eight (and many more) travelers

I have deleted my previous Octopath Traveler save and started a new one, because my problem with RPGs is that if I spend to much time without playing them, I forget what I was doing and I have to restart. 

I have also started to play CoTC, because why play only one Octopath when you can play TWO Octopaths? So far, I'm liking the mobile game, and I'm sure that I'll enjoy the rest of the game once I finish with every single side story quest that I have picked up in Valore.

I may or may not be collecting every single side quest in Octopath Traveler, but that game forces me to go recruit other characters so I can complete them, so I'll complete the side quests while I do the main quests... Well, you know, after I grind 50k leaves to buy 4 Elemental Light Armors.

And that new bow for H'aanit.

There's a reason why I take forever with RPGs

Don't worry, I promise I'll go get Primrose or Ophilia before all of this. Mostly because I need one of them for the side quests.

Btw, does anyone know when daily/weekly quests reset in CoTC? The monsters have reseted since last night, but not the quests.

Might be Wednesday, I think that's the weekly maintenance day.

Seems to be Monday, there were new weekly tasks last night. I'm still not sure about the time, but I think it's 12 pm CEST.

Good to know! I'm still not 100% sure when the game rolls over daily for me (most S-E games it's 4am for me this time of year but I thiiink it might be 5am? NA Eastern Daylight) but eventually I'll figure it out.

I'm the same way with RPGs, especially for ones with a story. I can't just skip through stuff without understanding what's going on.

I made a tweet about how I was afraid to play Octopath Traveler after playing CotC which has hurt my heart multiple times but someone reassured me that the original Octopath is not as sad. "Octo is a lot more chillax and story light in comparison."

I'm the same way with collecting every side quest etc, which makes it really difficult when you want to replay a game but have already done everything and still remember most of the story...
